These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, your engagement of our professional services, and your participation in our SMS messaging program. By contacting us, engaging us, or opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these terms.

SMS messaging program
The following terms apply to our SMS messaging program. Each point below is a distinct term of the program.
- Business name: Restaurant Revive (a trading name / DBA of FC Accounting Co Pty Ltd).
- When you opt in, you can expect to receive appointment and booking reminders, onboarding and service updates, document and information requests, billing and account notifications, and — if you separately consent — promotional messages about special offers, discounts and service updates.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to [SMS_NUMBER]. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at business@fcaccountingco.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
- If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy. Read our Privacy Policy.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide us with complete and accurate information needed to deliver our services, to respond to information requests in a timely way, and to keep us informed of changes to your business that may affect your bookkeeping or tax position.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will only disclose your information where required by law, where necessary to deliver our services (including lodging information with the ATO on your behalf), or to trusted subcontractors who help us provide professional and customer-support services and who are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the liability. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
