How we share information

We only disclose your information where it is necessary to provide our services, where you have asked us to, or where we are required by law. That includes lodging information with the Australian Taxation Office and similar authorities on your behalf, and providing information to trusted subcontractors who help us deliver customer support and professional services. Any subcontractor we use is bound to handle your information confidentially and in line with this policy.

Mobile information & SMS

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we store and protect your information

We store your information in secure cloud-based systems used to run our practice. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, including access controls, encryption in transit and staff confidentiality obligations.

How long we keep it

We retain your information for as long as you remain a client and for as long as we are required to under Australian tax and professional record-keeping laws — generally a minimum of five (5) years after the relevant record is created or our engagement ends.

Your rights

You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it's inaccurate, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it.
